A sister restaurant to Trullo in Islington, which was launched in 2010 by Tim Siadatan and Jordan Frieda, Padella opened in 2016 on the borders of Borough Market near London Bridge.
A licensing application posted to Twitter suggests that the team could open a third restaurant at 1 Phipp Street in Shoreditch, The Caterer reports.
Offering a variety of pasta dishes at competitive prices, Padella garners long queues, with guests frequently prepared to wait hours for a table.
