A blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Rondo with an ABV of 11.5%, Sea Pink has a profile that includes floral scents, sun-ripened red fruit, cranberry and redcurrant.
The English winery has collaborated with Dorset brand Baboo Gelato to create a Sea Pink Rosé Sorbet.
Co-owner of Furleigh Estate, Rebecca Hansford, said: “We are delighted to introduce Sea Pink just in time for the season of sunshine, sporting events and summer festivities across the UK.
“Succulent strawberry meets juicy pomegranate with a hint of fresh blackcurrant to deliver a fruity punch which bursts into life on the palate.
“Sea Pink shows great depth of flavour, excellent vibrancy on the finish and works extremely well as the core ingredient of Baboo Gelato’s Sea Pink Rosé Sorbet.”
