Translating as ‘people’s canteen,’ the first BaoziInn site was founded by Wei Shao in Soho, followed by a second in Victoria’s Market Halls.
The new 120-cover restaurant will be located on Southwark Street opposite Flat Iron Square.
BaoziInn in Borough will serve the familiar menu of Cantonese dim sum including dan dan noodle, skewers, and buns, alongside a new selection of roast meats inspired by the restaurants of Hong Kong.
Created by executive chef, Francis Law, new dishes are set to include barbecue roast duck and crispy roast pork belly.
BaoziInn Borough will launch later this month.
