Nyetimber brings ‘quintessential’ rosé to Asia.
Following a successful launch in Hong Kong and Singapore back in January, one of England’s top sparkling wine producers, Nyetimber, has brought its Rosé Multi-Vintage to the two cities as well.
A classic sparkling wine blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, Nyetimber has spotted the growing popularity of rosé wines in Asia and so has introduced its own “quintessential” English version to the region for fizz fans to enjoy in the summer heat.
Described as having “redcurrant, raspberry and cherry flavours”, the rosé is a good match with lighter meals such as salmon, crab and carpaccio.
One of England’s most established wineries, having been founded 30 years ago, Nyetimber enjoyed a bumper harvest in 2018, producing one million bottles for the first time in its history.
“At Nyetimber, we enjoy our rosé all year round, and it is the perfect, refreshing style of wine to enjoy with friends in warmer climates such as Singapore and Hong Kong,” said Nyetimber’s head winemaker Cherie Spriggs.
“We’re delighted to see the rosé wine category grow in Asia, and look forward to sharing our passion for Nyetimber Rosé with Singapore and Hong Kong’s discerning wine drinkers.”
Nyetimber Rosé Multi-Vintage can be found in Hong Kong at the Mandarin Oriental M Bar and Watson’s Wine and at Iggy’s, Gunther’s, Magic Square, The British Club and Analogue Wine Merchants in Singapore.
