Nathan Outlaw’s Siren at The Goring to launch this week
British chef Nathan Outlaw will open his highly anticipated new seafood restaurant called Siren at The Goring Hotel in London’s Victoria this week.

Announced in December 2018, the restaurant will mark the first time that the hotel, known to be frequented by the Royal family, has opened a new restaurant in 109 years.
The current restaurant, the Michelin-starred Dining Room, will remain in place alongside Outlaw’s more relaxed offering.
Renowned in London for his Michelin-starred seafood restaurant at The Capital Hotel in Knightsbridge and his flagship, two Michelin-starred restaurant in Port Isaac in Cornwall, Nathan Outlaw’s Siren will offer a menu with a seafood focus.
Dishes are set to include starters such as cured monkfish, ginger, fennel and yoghurt; and cuttlefish with black pudding, apple, and kohlrabi. A short selection of main courses will feature dishes such as turbot herbed and battered with warm tartare sauce; and red mullet with devilled shrimp butter and chicory.
A daily specials menu will showcase lobster grilled over fire with herbs and garlic; and grilled whole monkfish for two to share, with the chef making use of the “freshest fish available direct from Cornwall each day.”
Designed by Russell Sage, the 60-cover restaurant is set to be an “eccentric, uplifting” space, with the interiors featuring details such as a hand-crafted plasterwork depicting mythical sea creatures and marine life.
The opening date will also see the relaunch of The Goring Bar.
A statement from the restaurant said: “Siren will showcase the best of Cornish produce, with chef Nathan Outlaw creating simple yet elegant seafood dishes. The bright, welcoming restaurant will command views over The Goring’s majestic secluded garden.”
The restaurant will launch on Wednesday 12 June.
