Overture – The Beaufort Bar

The Beaufort Bar at The Savoy have kept it classy this Christmas, offering the elegant Overture as part of its “Music Magic, Drama” cocktail list. While not strictly crafted for the Christmas period, it makes for a fine festive fizz, made from a blend of Grey Goose vodka, cucumber syrup, hibiscus kirsch and tonic, topped up with Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque Champagne. It doesn’t come cheap however, at £50 a glass. For those with an even bigger wallet, why not push the boar out and try Dream – a mix of Grey Goose vodka, pineapple, white flower and Cristal Champagne – at £90 a glass.
