According to reports in The Sun, plucky after-party goers challenged the tennis icon to a game of beer pong at Frogmore House, and unsurprisingly, she thrashed them.

Beer pong, a drinking game whereby competitors throw ping pong balls into cups filled with beer, was apparently one of the diversions on offer at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s reception.

A source told The Sun: “Serena Williams played beer pong like it was tennis”.

While good hand-to-eye coordination skills are a given, the 23-time singles champion also came prepared, sporting a pair of trainers under her Valentino dress.

While the type of the beer used during the competition has not been confirmed, the drinks business reported yesterday that guests were served Bohemia, a lager brewed in a collaboration with north London brewery Two Tribes and chef Clare Smyth.
