Full list of producers revealed for upcoming Prosecco Springs festival

Prosecco festival Prosecco Springs has announced the full list of producers taking part in its upcoming event, taking place from 26 to 29 April at Oval Space in East London.

Having previously confirmed the attendance of Bottega, Frozza, Mionetto and Vigna Belvedere, Prosecco Springs has revealed that Castello Di Roncade, La Gioiosa, La Marca and Zonin will be joining the line-up.

In addition, Aperol will be hosting a terrace bar, while over the road in the bar next to The Pickle Factory, Prosecco Springs will be serving cocktails featuring the likes of Grey Goose, St-Germain and Martini in a series of cocktail making masterclasses in partnership with Bacardi.

To accompany the booze, Prosecco Springs will be serving a range of Italian-inspired dishes including pizza calabrese, arancini and fritto misto.

Tickets are available to the evening session on Thursday (7pm until midnight), the afternoon and evening sessions on Friday (12-5pm and 7pm until midnight), the evening session Saturday (7pm until midnight) and the afternoon session on Sunday (12-5pm).
