Bonhams Restaurant to focus on English wine
Bonhams Restaurant has announced it will be throwing a spotlight on English wine in early summer with a selection of wines by the glass.
Taking place over English Wine Week from 29 May to 1 June, the Michelin-starred restaurant will be offering several wines by the glass during its lunchtime service.
The wines that will be on offer are: Hambledon’s Classic Cuvée NV, Simpsons Roman Road Chardonnay, Martin’s Lane Pinot Noir Blanc de Noirs and Martin’s Lane Pinot Noir Précoce.
On Thursday 31 May, the restaurant will host a dinner pairing the wines with a special menu designed by chef Tom Kemble with the winemakers in attendance.
Tickets cost £125 per person and details can be found on the Bonhams website.
