DFS unveils new retail store inside Singapore Changi Airport

Luxury travel retailer DFS Group has unveiled its latest retail store at the newly opened Terminal 4 inside Singapore Changi Airport that includes a cocktail bar.

“The Cocktail Bar” is a collaborative bar space that encourages travellers to engage in the basics of cocktail making, and offers “The Craft Collection”, showcasing a curated selection of craft and small-batch beers and spirits from around the world.

Its décor features classic cocktail essentials and some home-bar additions. A selection of brands will be invited to take over the space and showcase their spirits throughout the year, the group said.

Following the success at DFS’ Terminal 2 Duplex, Terminal 4 also sees the return of “The Whiskey House”, a curated collection of limited and rare whiskies.

The layout of the new store offers an integrated shopping space covering both liquor & tobacco and cosmetics & perfumes.

Brooke Supernaw, DFS Group’s senior vice president of Spirits, Wines and Tobacco, said: “We have been eagerly awaiting the opening of Terminal 4 and are excited to officially unveil our newest store here at Changi Airport.

“At DFS we are always striving to provide our customers with new and innovative retail experiences. By leveraging on current trends in the market we have developed two new concepts which we are thrilled to launch at Terminal 4. Both provide a space for customers to engage with and discover new brands.”
