Dom Pérignon to offer chilled Champagne in an hour
In need of chilled Dom Pérignon right away? Well now you can get it, with the famous Champagne brand offering US consumers the opportunity to order directly from the Dom Pérignon website, and receive the product ready-to-drink in an hour.
Having partnered with alcohol delivery service Thirstie, Dom Pérignon is able to supply consumers in Miami and New York a range of Champagnes almost immediately using a network of licensed retailers in these cities.
As part of this, the brand is now offering a ‘1-hour luxury delivery service’ on a selection of its current vintages, which will see the Champagne rushed directly to consumers already chilled down so it’s ready-to-drink.
Commenting on the new service, Jorge Cosano, who is vice-president of Dom Pérignon, said, “A continuation of the Moët Hennessy USA ambition of innovation in the market, the launch of a 1-hour luxury delivery service for Dom Pérignon presents a new avenue in which to delight the Dom Pérignon consumer, in the on-demand and immediate world they live in.”
Meanwhile, UK consumers can benefit from a next-day delivery service for Dom Pérignon ordered through clos19.com – Moët Hennessy’s online drinks retailing initiative, launched in May this year.
This offers current vintages of the prestige cuvée, as well as the option to buy larger formats of older vintages, including a Methuselah of 2000 or 2002 rosé, retailing for £4,500 and £8,500 respectively.
Thirstie is an ‘on-demand’ alcohol delivery service serving NYC, Hoboken, Jersey City, LA, San Fran, Chicago, Miami, New Haven, Austin and Washington DC.
