Southern Glazer’s bolsters off-trade team
US wine distributor Southern Glazer’s has appointed Pernod Ricard US’ Scott Moore to head up the off-trade planning.
Moore will start his new role as senior vice president, national accounts, off premise in April, where he will take charge of supplier and inventory planning, digital technology and well as developing and implementing the distributor’s annual targets in terms of supply and sales (its customer annual operating plans).
He will report to the executive vice president of national accounts, Shawn Thurman.
Moore was vice president and general manager of US chains, on- and off-premise and military at Pernod Ricard, having worked at the global drinks company in a variety of roles since 2004. Prior to this he was a regional manager at Constellation Brands and worked at The Patrón Spirits Company after starting his career at Seagrams.
