BLG takes on Domaine des Lambrays for Malaysia
Singapore’s premium wine merchants, Bordeaux Liquid Gold has announced that it has become the exclusive distributor for premium Burgundy estate, Domaine des Lambrays throughout Malaysia.

Famous for its grand cru vineyard Clos de Lambrays in the Côte de Nuits, Domaine des Lambrays can chart its winemaking history back to 1363 and has had winemaker Thierry Brouin at the helm since 1979.
The Domaine also owns vines in premier cru and grand cru vineyards in Morey-Saint-Denis, and in 1993 bought two further premier cru vineyards in Puligny Montrachet – Les Folatières and Clos du Cailleret – from Domaine Chartron.
In 2014 it was announced that LMVH had bought the 8.66 hectare Clos de Lambrays, marking its first Burgundy acquisition.
The new distribution deal by Singapore’s fine wine merchants, Bordeaux Liquid Gold also means it is the first time that Domaine des Lambrays will be available in Malaysia, a rapidly developing wine consumer market.
Bordeaux Liquid Gold CEO, Julian Poh, said: “We are very honoured with this new appointment. The Malaysian market for Burgundy wines is really picking up and we are very confident that the wines will be well received as knowledge among wine consumers continues to improve.”
