Sparflex secures UK distribution deal
French group Sparflex, a leading manufacturer of foils, capsules and wirehoods for drinks brands, has secured a UK distribution deal through Rankin Brothers.
Rankin Brothers and Sons supplies closures to the beers, wines and spirits bottling industries and also owns cork forests in Portugal.
The new deal with Rankin covers the exclusive sales and distribution of Sparflex products to customers in the UK.
“This agreement will strengthen our shared commitment to the UK wine Industry and enable the partnership to offer best in class products and services,” said a spokesperson for Rankin.
Located in the heart of the Champagne, Sparflex has been manufacturing foils, capsules and wirehoods for beers, wines and spirits brands for 30 years.
Sparflex controls the entire packaging creation chain, from strategic brand building, to design and production of the various components of dressing a bottle.
The Sparflex Group currently generates a turnover of £64m and has production facilities in France, Spain and California.
