Patrón cocktail competition finalists to head to Mexico
The very first grand final of the Patrón Perfectionists Cocktail Competition will be hosted at the home of Patrón tequila in Mexico.
The seven 2016 winners of the international competition will travel to Hacienda Patrón in Jalisco, Mexico for the event on January 25, where industry experts will crown the first ever global winner of the Patrón Perfectionists Cocktail Competition.
Competitors from Australia, France, the UAE, Spain, Mexico, the UK and Italy have shown off their cocktail-making skills, in an attempt to single out bartenders that put “the same passion and care into crafting their cocktails as Patrón does when creating the world’s top ultra-premium tequilas”.
The global final will assess the seven winners of last year on their craftsmanship, attention to detail and “commitment to absolute perfection”. They will each have to show their expertise in “experimenting with the quality and the versatility of Patrón tequilas to create a simply perfect Patrón cocktail”.
The competition will be hosted in the La Casona Guest House in the grounds of the Hacienda Patrón.
