China Tang marries duck with Dom P
Upscale Cantonese restaurant China Tang Landmark will offer a glass of Dom Perignon 2006 and two Peking duck pancakes in the lead up to Christmas.
Set to run from 15 November to 30 December, China Tang’s ‘Duck and Dom’ is priced at HK$388 and will be available from China Tang’s bar and lounge area from Tuesday to Friday.
China Tang will also offer its weekend Ruinart happy hour running from 26 November with a glass of its Blanc de Blanc cuvee paired with six dim sum dishes at HK$288, available every weekend and public holiday from 2pm-4.30pm.
The China Tang Hong Kong Restaurant first opened in London in 2007 at the Dorchester Hotel before designer and entrepreneur, David Tang launched the sister restaurant in Hong Kong’s iconic Landmark building in Central.
China Tang is headed up by group executive chef, Albert Au Kwok Keung – the youngest Chinese chef to be awarded a Michelin star at The Eight in Macau – and offers fine dining with dishes hailing from Beijing, Sichuan and Canton.
