Blended with 85-90% Merlot, Number 3 d’Angelus was introduced in 2007 and is produced with the estate’s youngest vines in Saint-Emilion.
Château Angelus has been owned by the de Boüard family since 1782 and in 2015, Stéphanie de Boüard bought a substantial stake of shares from her family and saw her become the main shareholder in the company.
De Boüard and her cousin, Thierry Grenie de Boüard now jointly run the estate.
The partnership with Bordeaux Liquid Gold (BLG) will see Château Angelus’ third wine, Number 3, distributed exclusively for Singapore and Malaysia.
De Boüard commented: “At Château Angelus, it has always been a key issue in our distribution policy to select the best possible ambassadors for our wines. In this respect we are extremely pleased to announce that Bordeaux Liquid Gold has been granted the distribution of N°3 d’Angelus for Singapore and Malaysia territories.”
BLG is a wine merchant specializing in en primeur and also wholesale and distribution of premium wine with offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Mainland China.
