Budweiser partners with Alfie
Beer and shoe lovers can rejoice at the news that Budweiser and clothing brand Alfie have collaborated once again on a new set of trainers.
The beer giant and hip New York-based fashion brand partnered once before in 2014 to produce a range of Budweiser emblazoned accouterments such as hoodies, caps and, of course, the collection’s pièce de resistance – limited edition trainers.
Now the two brands have collaborated again with a new set of trainers featuring the beer’s ‘iconic’ logo soon to be released.
Based on the classic Wilson trainer, the shoes apparently feature a “vulcanized midsole” and leather tongue and toecap.
VIPs will be able to get their hands on the new shoes at Budweiser’s ‘Made in America Festival’ on 3 September, everyone else will have to contain their excitement until they’re released to the public next spring.
