Stelzer to host HK Champagne masterclass
The Champagne Guide author, Tom Stelzer will host a September masterclass in Hong Kong comparing several brands of non-vintage and vintage Champagne.
Tyson Stelzer was named International Wine & Spirit Communicator of the Year in 2015 and is also the host of Australian television series, People of the Vine.
In partnership with the Flying Winemaker, Eddie McDougall, Stelzer will host a small Champagne tasting masterclass on Tuesday, 13 September and will compare seven different Champagnes which are as follows:

Tipped to be the next James Halliday, Stelzer is the author of 15 wine books, a regular contributor to 15 magazines including Wine Spectator, Decanter, Qantas The Australian Way and Australian Gourmet Traveller Wine.
He is the sparkling reviewer for James Halliday’s Australian Wine Companion and is a contributor to Jancis Robinson’s The Oxford Companion to Wine. He is also a consultant to Qantas Airways First Class and Business Class Champagne selection.
As an international speaker, Tyson has presented at wine conferences in the UK, Italy, Japan, South Africa, New Zealand and Australia and is also a regular judge and chairman at wine shows throughout Australia.
The masterclass is HK$600 per person which includes a copy of Stelzer’s 2016 Champagne Guide.
