Last Rolls-Royce Phantoms get Champagne bar
Rolls-Royce is preparing to say goodbye to its Phantom Coupes and Dropheads with a limited run of just 50 Zenith special edition models, complete with a fold out Champagne bar.
To mark the end of production Phantom Coupes and Dropheads, Rolls-Royce has launched 50 limited edition models as part of its Phantom Zenith collection.
“As we begin to write a bold new chapter in Rolls-Royce history, I am delighted to present a Bespoke Collection that so elegantly celebrates two of the world’s rarest and most celebrated luxury goods; Phantom Drophead Coupé and Phantom Coupé. Phantom Zenith Collection motor cars speak of the marque’s unrelenting commitment to setting and advancing the standard by which all other luxury goods are judged.” Torsten Müller-Ötvös, chief executive officer.
That ‘Bespoke Collection’ is dubbed Zenith and comes with a variety of suitably opulent extras. Its split tailgate contains a glass shelf and upholstered seats to enjoy a glass of chilled bubbly from the car’s trunk-mounted champagne refrigerator. It is large enough to cool two standard-sized bottles and eight glasses.
The cars also feature laser-etched badges when you open the doors, which pinpoint the locations that the Coupe and Drophead versions of the Phantom were unveiled. The car’s ID number is etched into the central storage compartment, while the starlight roof is built to spec, presenting a unique pattern of other Phantoms.
All cars are commissioned and built to spec, with all 50 already snapped up.
