Find which French wine style best suits you
A campaign to promote French wines has launched a personality test to match users with the style of wine that best suits them.
French Wines with Style has launched a new Facebook app that asks users a series of questions to discover the style of French wine that best suits their personality.
The test then comes up with a description of the users’ preferred wine style with corresponding tips, which can then be shared with friends and family on social media.
The four different French wine styles used in the app – Glamorous & Chic, Natural & Authentic, Cool & Laidback, Fun-loving & Quirky – have been used throughout the French Wines with Style campaign.
The marketing push, funded by government agency FrancAgriMer, aims to present the “diversity of French wine in a fun and accessible way”.
In the UK, one of six countries targeted by the campaign, the app will be supported by increased visibility on the campaign’s Facebook page.
