HK and Macau somms gear up for Ruinart Challenge
Ruinart is on the hunt for sommeliers to take part in its third Hong Kong and Macau Ruinart Sommeliers Challenge for a chance to win a trip to the oldest Champagne house.

Taking place at the Four Seasons on 1 March, the Ruinart Sommeliers Challenge will see 25 short-listed sommeliers from Hong Kong and Macau blind taste four wines, presided over by Ruinart’s Chef de Caves, Frédéric Panaïotis and a judging panel of consisting of the Consul General of the Ordre des Coteaux (OCC) and the COO of the Guild of Sommeliers.
The lucky winner will scoop a three-day trip to Champagne Ruinart in Reims and a gastronomic tour of Paris with other Ruinart Challenge regional finalists.
Entries are open to sommeliers based in Hong Kong and Macau and hopefuls have until 25 February to submit their application.
