Final call for Pinot Noir Masters entries
Final entries for db‘s Pinot Noir Masters are now being received ahead of the deadline on Friday 18 December.
The Global Pinot Noir Masters 2016, which is expected to be db‘s biggest ever blind tasting of Pinot Noir from around the world, will be judged by an expert panel of experienced tasters and MWs.
the drinks business Editor-in-Chief Patrick Schmitt MW will be among the judges tasting through the 100% single-variety expressions.
Wines from small and medium-sized are being especially encouraged, as it gives them the chance to be tasted blind alongside wines from some of the world’s biggest Pinot Noir producers.
The results and analysis of the Masters tasting will be published in the drinks business magazine, online, on social media and also in the db Hong Kong edition.
The cost is £140 per wine, and three samples of each entry are required.
Those looking to participate are asked to email Sophie@thedrinksbusiness.com.
