From 30 November-2 December, the Landmark Mandarin Oriental will kick off its 10 days of celebrations with a pop up hosted by one of Peru’s best-loved chefs, Virgillo Martinez whose restaurant, Central is ranked first on Latin American’s 50 Best Restaurants and fourth on World’s 50 Best Restaurants.

The 7-course dinner and wine pairing (inclusive of a cocktail reception with canapés) is priced at HK$2,688 per person.

Following this from 7-10 December, the MO Bar’s popular ‘Masters of Mixology’ will feature Brian Miller of Mother’s Ruin in New York where the piratical-looking bartender will whisk up some rum-heavy cocktails.
