Mercedes launches new HK dining venue
Combining cars and à la carte, “Mercedes Me” will offer international cuisine, cocktails and convertibles all under one roof.
Operated by Hong Kong restaurant group Maximal Concepts – the team behind Blue Butcher, Stockton and Fish & Meat – Mercedes Me also will also show F1 screenings, art exhibitions and fashion shows as well as presentations of its luxury cars.
Fusing “the luxury and glamour” of the Mercedes-Benz brand, the menu draws from Spanish, Japanese and Peruvian influences such as the tiger prawn shiso roll with yuzu kosho pesto and burrata with tomato, cherry, black sesame and lavender.
The extensive cocktail list features “classic libations” including the ‘Pisco’ cocktail made with passion fruit, lime, orange, egg white, white pepper, all spice and cayenne.
Customers will also be able to take advantage of the store’s “bespoke car customization” in its private consulting lounge.
Located in Queen’s Road Central, Mercedes Me is now open for dinner with breakfast and lunch to follow from 15 October.
