Kremlin aims to take over Asia
The Legend of Kremlin vodka brand is on a “superlative mission” to become the most consumed vodka in Beijing, Hong Kong, Hanoi and Macau in 2016.
The focus on the key Asian cities comes after “a number of successful years” in export trade in the vodka’s current largest markets –Europe, the US and Israel – it said.
Currently distributed by Wine and Spirit International, the brand allegedly dates back to the original vodka recipe invented in Moscow in the 1430s.
Made using wheat grain “infused with artesian well water”, the vodka is distilled in what the brand claims is the only traditional copper vats in use in Russia today.
Legend of Kremlin, in association with Wine & Spirit International, will be hosting a cocktail party during the TFWA annual event in Cannes on Tuesday, 20 October on board Bateau Evidence. Invitations are by guest list only, and those wishing to attend are asked to contact export@legendofkremlin.com
