Freak rice wine spill kills 12 in China
Twelve people have been killed in a freak accident which saw gallons of rice wine spill across a road in central China.
A truck carrying rice wine spilled its cargo across the road on Friday, as reported by Fox News, turning the road into a dangerous slick.
A bus then overturned on the road, with a another freight truck then crashing into the bus just after midnight.
Nine were killed at the scene and a further three people died in hospital, the Xinxian county government in Henan province have confirmed.
The drivers of the bus and the truck carrying the rice wine have been detained.
