For those with a head for heights (and perhaps a non-existent hangover) Ozone is the world’s highest bar and offers an unbeatable duo of a hearty brunch menu and free flow Dom Pérignon.
Highlights include the ham and chorizo platter, foie gras terrine, a fine assortment of sashimi, cheeses and cold cuts.

Whisk, The Mira
Having recently launched its ‘Sunday Brunch in Pink,’ the Mira has kept it decidedly exclusive (and elusive) by only offering it once a month on a Sunday.
Choose from the ‘Ocean Bounties,’ ‘The Lighter Side,’ ‘Souprise’ and ‘Rustic Corner’ menus which are accompanied by Moët Brut Rosé or cocktails.

Oyster and Wine Bar, the Sheraton
“Surrender to life’s simplest pleasures,” advises the Sheraton at its Oyster and Wine Bar Sunday semi-buffet.
Offering oysters as its main event (unsurprisingly), the Oyster and Wine Bar also presents a rather cool 180 degree view of Hong Kong harbour and a never-ending supply of Ayala Brut, Rosé and vintage Majeur champers.

Zuma
Like most of the good things in Hong Kong, Zuma is fully booked days in advance, so it’s not for the drop-in casual lunchers.
It does do one of the finest sushi spreads in town – the Baikingu brunch heaped with delights such as assorted tempura, salmon fillet with ginger teriyaki sauce, miso marinated black cod and spicy beef tenderloin with spicy red chili.
Veuve Clicquot is also on tap, all for only HK$590 each.
