Hullett House hosts ‘Ladies Who Whisky’ events

Tapping into Hong Kong’s current trend for whisky tasting, Hullett House has launched a series of whisky workshops aimed solely at women.

Held on Thursdays at Hullett House’s Whisky@Stables in the stable block of the former Marine Police Headquarters, the workshops are guided masterclasses chosen especially for Hong Kong’s female dram drinkers.

Incorporating various “pairings” including chocolate, ice-cream and seafood, each workshop will be hosted by various Whisky Ambassadors and cost between HK$400 to HK$680.

The next event on Thursday, 3 September will be a whisky and chocolate pairing which is then followed by a Glenmorangie and ice-cream pairing on 10 September, whisky and mooncakes pairing on 17 September, a whisky cocktail masterclass on 24 September and finally, a Glenrothes and seafood pairing on 8 October.

In March this year, Whisky@Stables became Asia’s first Whisky Ambassador-certified venue while the other 12 are in the UK.
