Free Dominus at Sotheby’s HK store
Sotheby’s Hong Kong will be giving away bottles of Dominus to first-time customers at its retail outlet until September.
From today (20 July) until 30 September this year, first-time customers at the house’s retail outlet paying with American Express cards will receive a free bottle of Dominus 2011 for a purchase of HK$8,000 or more or a free bottle of Dominus: Napanook Cabernet Sauvignon 2011 with a purchase of $4,000-$7,999 – while stocks last.
Sotheby’s launched its retail website and “shop front” in Hong Kong last year in the hope that it would draw in more clients who do not currently buy wine at its auctions.
The shops portfolio ranges from “investment grade” to “everyday options”, from a 12-litre bottle of 2000 Haut-Brion for $280,000 to Château Berreyre, Bordeaux Superior 2010 for $148 a bottle.
There is free delivery in Hong Kong for all orders over $3,000.
