Born Digital Wine Awards open
The Born Digital Wine Awards in partnership with Wine in Moderation has opened for entries.
The awards are now in their third year and seek to highlight the best wine content being published online today.
Submissions will be accepted in English, French, Spanish, German and Portuguese in four categories:
- Best Investigative/Journalistic Wine Story
- Best Editorial/Opinion Wine Writing
- Best Tourism Content with a wine Focus
- Best Wine Themed Video
The judges will compare wine writing and video content to “find new voices and new sources of wine stories”.
Winners will receive cash prizes and tickets to the Digital Wine Communications Conference.
Submissions will remain open until 10 August and the winners will be announced at the 2015 Digital Wine Communications Conference in Plovdiv in Bulgaria this October.

I like the idea, but I think it couldn’t exist a wine contest that doesn’t accept italian language. Italy and France are the most important Wine procucers for quality and history… it could be nice to enlarge the contest to italian Wine bloggers, also!
