Ramsay takes Bread Street Kitchen to Dubai
Gordon Ramsay is to bring his Bread Street Kitchen concept to Dubai, announcing plans to open a restaurant at Atlantis The Palm this autumn.

It will become the chef’s fourth Bread Street Kitchen outpost, which already has locations in London, Hong Kong and Singapore, and will join the resort’s existing 23 restaurants which include the likes of Nobu Duba, YUAN and the underwater-themed restaurant Ossiano.
“The expertise of the team at Atlantis make them ideal partners and I’ll be working closely with them to deliver a first class dining experience that reflects the ethos of the original Bread Street Kitchen in London’s St Paul’s”, said Ramsay in a statement.
Speculation began to mount after the chef posted a three second video on Instagram in which he said: “Dubai, I’m coming for you”. This was followed by a post days later by Atlantis The Palm confirming the location of the chef’s venture.
Atlantis The Palm opened in 2008 and is the first entertainment resort destination in the region, located at the centre of the crescent of The Palm in Dubai.
Serge Zaalof, president and managing director of Atlantis The Palm, described Bread Street Kitchen as a “fantastic” addition to its portfolio which would offer a “casual, modern-European dining experience”.
Ramsay was one of the first international celebrity chefs to open a restaurant in Dubai when Verre opened at the Hilton Dubai Creek in 2001, a partnership which he ended after 10 years.
