Final call for Liberty apprentice scheme
Liberty Wines is inviting final applications for its apprentice programme, which offers the chance to work vintages and gain an understanding of all aspects of the UK wine business.
During their two-year apprenticeship, the successful candidate will experience a northern and southern hemisphere vintage with Liberty Wines’ producers, as well as undertaking their WSET Level 4 Diploma.
Explaining the aim of the programme, which is now in its ninth year, Liberty Wines’ communications director, Luciann Flynn said: “Education has always been an important element of our ethos at Liberty Wines and this programme reflects our commitment to the future of the industry.
“While a big investment for a company of our size, the Wine Apprenticeship represents a fantastic opportunity to develop our own team while also allowing an individual to gain skills across the company.”
Applications for the 2015-17 Liberty Wines Apprentice close this Friday, 26 June. For further details about the programme, click here.
