Trade invited to pink flamingo party
Members of the drinks trade are invited to the celebrate the last day of the London Wine Fair and raise vital funds for industry colleagues at a pink flamingo party hosted by The Benevolent.
Held at the exclusive Kensington Roof Gardens, the event is in aid of The Benevolent, the drinks trade’s charity which supports employees facing hardship.
As well as feasting on delicious food and drink and dancing until the small hours with the Roof Gardens’ resident DJ, guests will also be able to vote for their choice of Best Dressed Male and Female where winners will receive a prize for their original interpretation of the “Pink theme” dress code.
The charity’s chief executive, David Cox said: ‘We were extremely encouraged when last year’s Benevolent Party was a sell-out and with the highly enthusiastic feedback we received from those that did attend, we feel sure this year’s ‘Pink Flamingo’ party will become known as ‘the place to be seen at’. Our trade knows how to party and we look forward to giving them the opportunity.”
The Pink Flamingo Party will be held on Wednesday, 20 May, and tickets are available here priced at £60. VIP tickets are £75 and include fast track bar entrance, a glass of Champagne on arrival and a complimentary ticket for the raffle. The Benevolent is particularly encouraging members of the drinks industry who may not be attending the fair or who are involved in other areas of the trade, such as brewing, cider production and distilling to come along on the night.
