New head of GTR for Brown-Forman
Marshall Farrer has been named the new head of global travel retail at Brown-Forman.
Effective from 1 May of this year, Farrer will replace Jim Perry who is going on to lead the company’s emerging market business.
Farrer joined Brown-Forman in 1998 working in sales and marketing in California. Until the change was announced was most recently vice president, global brand director for Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey.
He has also served as managing director of Australia/New Zealand and Latin America and the Caribbean.
Perry has been at Brown-Forman since 2000 and first served as manager of government relations and then chief-of-staff for the COO before joining the Travel Retail division.
