Tom Aikens back in HK
British chef Tom Aikens is back in Hong Kong this month to cook a “special dinner” for 90 lucky diners at The Pawn.
The popular Wan Chai landmark reopened last October after a lengthy revamp and new menu designed by the Michelin-starred chef.
Aikens will be back in Hong Kong on Wednesday 28 January to cook an exclusive menu for one night only – in just two separate seatings for 90 people in total.
Priced at HK$580 per head, the three course menu “will highlight Aikens’ culinary flair, creativity and technical mastery,” which diners will also be able to see for themselves as the kitchen in The Pawn is open.
The menu features: crab, coconut, coriander emulsion, garden herbs followed by honey roast duck, spiced mango purée and vanilla floating islands, lime curd, lime custard to finish.
