Hong Kong merchant Ginsberg+Chan has moved to new offices in Central. The new space includes a shop front (above) and a nifty terrace for a more convivial meeting/tasting space (below).

At the opening party for the new offices, guests could test their tasting skills in a blind tasting from a six-litre bottle held here by co-founder Jason Ginsberg. db had a go and, having narrowed it down to a 1980s Pauillac, plumped for a 1988 Pichon Baron for want of any other bright ideas. It turned out to be a 1982 Duhart Milon – never mind, close enough.
