Man builds $80k beer fort on dancefloor
A man ordered nearly 10,000 cans of beer at an exclusive nightclub so he could build a six-foot-high fortress around his VIP table.

The nightclub prankster with a penchant for mischief (and clearly very deep pockets) purchased 400 cases of beer while partying at the XS Nightclub in Las Vegas on Monday.
Having dropped US$80,000 on the canned beverages, the man proceeded to live out the child-like dream of building his very grown-up fortress, creating a private beer-walled nook for his gaggle of VIP pals.
A total of 9,600 cans of beer were needed for the feat, which was captured on camera by ESPN analyst Darren Rovel.
He tweeted: “Man at XS Nightclub at Encore in Vegas orders 400 cases, builds beer fortress around table”
The identity of the party architect remains unknown.
