The Vinosa “wine taste” jacket is available to buy on the Made in Tuscany website priced at £209.
The pink hued garment, designed by stylist Antonio Onorati, comes in both male and female versions.
The jackets get their colour by being immersed in Sangiovese grape skins and the residue remaining after pressing during the winemaking process.
Makers Made in Tuscany describe the jacket as a “must have” for the eco-conscious “new green generation” of fashion savvy consumers.
The company did not specify which Chianti producers it had collaborated with on the project.
