Côtes du Rhône quiz night returns with a surprise
The time has come once again for the annual Côtes du Rhône quiz night, which has been running for the last 10 years, but this year the organiser, Inter Rhône, has decided to surprise the guests.

The quiz night takes place every Halloween, but this time the theme will not be revealed until the evening.
This year’s quiz is taking place on Thursday 31 October and Inter Rhône expects more than 100 guests from the wine industry to attend. As well as the quiz guests can also expect an extensive Côtes du Rhône tasting as well as food and “an evening of surprise and entertainment”.
Louise Rasse, export marketing manager at Inter-Rhône, said: “The Côtes du Rhône Quiz Night really is one of the highlights of the year for Inter Rhône. It’s always a fun event and it’s our way of saying thanks to all those in the UK who have supported Côtes du Rhône Wines over the years.
“This year’s Quiz Night is going to be like never before. We’ve been really ambitious with our plans for the event, but we think it’s going to definitely be a night to remember, with quite a few surprises.”
It is still possible to register for the event, which will feature Rhône quiz master Charles Metcalfe and another incentive to attend is the opportunity to beat Team db, who have won the quiz for the last two years.
