Arniston Bay unveils flavoured wine
South African wine brand Arniston Bay has launched a new 5.5% wine-based flavoured drink called Infusions.
Arniston Bay Infusions is a 5.5% abv wine-based drink
The product launches in the UK this week at £4.99 with two variants in the range – a Graviola and Passion Fruit Infusion and an Aloe and Lemongrass Infusion.
The low-alcohol wine-based brand will tap into a lower duty rate for wines in the UK at or below 5.5% abv.
Arniston Bay Wines’ winemaker Abraham de Villiers, described the Graviola and Passion Fruit Infusion as a “lightly spritzed wine with fresh fruity aromas, following through to a full middle-palate, finishing in crisp freshness”.
Meanwhile, he said the Aloe and Lemongrass Infusion was “concentrated with a herbal, grassy character, thick-textured fruit and a bubbly personality”.
