Brewdog collaborates with Oskar Blues
Scottish brewer Brewdog has announced that it will be collaborating with Colorado craft brewer, Oskar Blues, on a new beer.
The notorious “punk” operation described itself as “super psyched” to be partnering with the US brewer, famous for beers such as Dale’s Pale Ale and Ten Fidy.
The New York Times recently named the pale ale the “best” in the country.
News of the collaboration came alongside the announcement that Brewdog will be hosting a series of “meet the brewer” sessions across the UK next week.
As well as brewing beer at Brewdog’s Aberdeenshire base, Oskar Blues’ Dave Chichura, Stephen Houck and Chad Melis will be touring the UK, answering questions and offering tastings.
First stop will be Gallowgate on Monday 19 August and then, Newcastle on Wednesday, Leeds on Thursday and London’s Shoreditch on Friday.
