Sipsmith bring in second still
London-based craft distiller Sipsmith has welcomed a second still to its Hammersmith base.

The new still is called Patience and, like her sister Prudence, is a 300 litre copper pot still made by Christian Carl.
Patience has been brought in as the distiller has reached full capacity, 300 bottles in each batch, now it will be able to produce two batches every day.
Fairfax Hall, Sipsmith’s co-founder, said: “In recent months we’ve been challenged with increasing production to keep up with demand for our handcrafted spirits – which is no mean feat considering the size of our distillery and the fact that we’re right in the heart of London.
“Bringing in another still is the perfect solution and will ensure we continue to distill spirits in small handcrafted batches – with more batches and more hands!”
