Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton will open his second London restaurant, Social Eating House, in Soho this April.
Jason Atherton
Atherton aims to create an informal and affordable dining experience with a contemporary bistro menu paying homage to the best of British cooking.
Headed up by Paul Hood, signature dishes will include ravioli of wild boar bolognaise, peppered hearts and kidney; flamed côte de pork, beetroot, white polenta and spring onion, and CLT – crab, lettuce and tomato vinaigrette.
Headlining on the dessert menu will be London honey sponge with goat’s curd ice cream.
“I want it to be a social restaurant where the surroundings are as vibrant as the food,” said Atherton.
A protégé of Gordon Ramsay, Atherton opened his first London restaurant, Pollen Street Social, in April 2011.
Seven months later it was awarded a Michelin star.
excellent news, we’re very much looking forward to having you in our neighbourhood, the menu sounds delicious.
warm regards
Paul
