2013’s sexiest alcohol calendars

Here at db towers, we’ve recently noticed a decidedly raunchy theme with a number of 2013 calendars from various companies in the drinks industry.

From Campari’s pictures of Penelope Cruz to Snow Queen’s erotic calendar, that was reported in the Spirits Business recently, there are a number of sexy calendars on sale now.

We did find it hard to find many calendars featuring sexy men, but that might be because of the advertising restrictions, which we reported in our raunchiest adverts feature.

But now that David Gandy has signed up to be a brand ambassador for Johnnie Walker, there might be a calendar for the girls to look forward to in 2014.

Is there a calendar that you think we’ve missed, leave a comment below and let us know.

Ginebra San Miguel

Ginebra San Miguel distributes a number of brands and products throughout the Philippines, including gin, brandy and whisky. Filipina-British model Georgina Wilson is the face of the 2013 calendar.

Campari

The Campari calendar is almost as much of an institution as the Pirelli calendar. Now it is 14th year, this year’s calendar features Penelope Cruz and was taken by Paris-based fashion photographer, Kristian Schuller.

Tanduay Rhum

Tanduay Rhum is another product from the Philippines and started production in 1854 – although we doubt its calendars started at the same time. Tanduay now produces 11 different types of rum as well as vodka, whisky and brandy.

Thecellarhand.com

Thecellarhand.com is a website that aims to give cellar hands and winemakers the opportunity to share their stories. This year they produced a calendar and this picture features Benjamin working in the Matua Valley, Waikoukou Valley, New Zealand.

Napa County Farmers

From 2007 to 2010 the Napa County farmers took a leaf out of the Calendar Girls book and produced their own calendar featuring farmers working in various states of undress. We couldn’t find any evidence that the calendar has been produced recently, but if you know that it has, please let us know.
Please note this image was changed after it was pointed out that the original did not show a Napa County farmer.

O’Gara’s bar and grill

We went trawling through the internet to try and find calendars featuring some sexy men and found this picture, which is promoting the 2013 calendar launch for O’Gara’s bar in St Paul, Minnesota.

Snow Queen vodka

Snow Queen’s calendar was created by celebrity fashion photographer Ellen von Unwerth and depicts the “Snow Queen” through “twelve erotic feminine images” that are von Unwerth’s hallmark. The calendar is available for £150 from the Snow Queen website.

Fuzzy vodka

Two-time golfing major winner Fuzzy Zoeller put his name to this “ultra premium vodka”, which is currently available in 36 states across the US, with a view to going worldwide soon. The American-made vodka is distilled five times from corn and the, “addition of Cascade Mountain spring water completes the process, culminating in an a smooth crisp finish”.

Exakt Vodka

Another mix of vodka, girls and cars for a calendar comes from Austrian vodka brand Exakt, who shot this calendar at the Jerez race track in Spain. The brand does promote quite a raunchy and party image on its website and that is carried on through its latest calendar.

Kingfisher

Every year Kingfisher launches a competition to find its Kingfisher Calendar Girls. The calendar, which is reported to be the “most coveted in India” features London-based model Elena Fernandes and was shot in Cape Town, South Africa.

Thanks to Olli Hietalahti, CEO of One Eyed Spirits, who sent this picture of the 2013 Ron de Jeremy calendar – for the adult rum.
