Discover the Origin hamper winner named
The results are in for the Discover the Origin hamper competition, which ran on the db Facebook page last month.
We asked you to complete this phrase: “If I won this Discover the Origin hamper I’d share it with…”?
The prize for coming up with the best completion of the phrase was a luxury hamper from Discover the Origin with Bourgogne Wine, Parma Ham, Douro Wine, Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese and Port.
The winner is Martin Dyke who wrote: “I’d share it with my beautiful partner, Vicki Vipond and save it until after our baby’s born in January. Vicki’s been dreaming of cheese and port and can’t have any, so it’ll be my treat.”

After being told of the win, Martin wrote on Facebook: “Vicki will be very happy and if Vicki’s happy, I’m happy. Thanks guys!! I’ll make sure we wet the baby’s head with one of your bottles, might even send a photo if I’m not too overcome with emotion.”
