Maze launches sushi bar
London restaurant Maze, which forms part of Gordon Ramsay’s portfolio, is due to add a sushi bar to its offer this autumn.
Due to open in mid-September, the Maze Sushi Bar aims to bring an extra dimension to the venue’s French and Asian-inspired menu.
Guests will either be able to order the sushi and sashimi dishes from the counter itself, as an accompaniment for drinks at the bar or alongside the menu in the main restaurant.
The sushi offer will be overseen by chef Gohei Kishi, who was born in France to Japanese parents and has worked for restaurants in both Paris and Tokyo, with more recent stints in Madrid and Mallorca.
