The answer was of course, Hermitage La Chapelle.
Justin from Stokes Fine Wines gets a special mention for being spot on with his guess. A collection of La Chapelle wines is to be auctioned soon by Sotheby’s in New York. The lots come directly from the Jaboulet’s cellar.
