Hong Kong comes to London
The Hong Kong Trade Development Council will be organising a large–scale promotion in the UK this September.
“Think Asia, Think Hong Kong†will showcase Hong Kong as the ideal platform for UK companies looking to tap into Asia’s vast opportunities, particularly those offered by the Chinese mainland.
Over 30 local British organisations and Hong Kong partners will collaborate to put on the event.
The highlight will be a main symposium at the QEII Conference Centre in London, on 13 September, where Lord Green of Hurstpierpoint, minister of state for trade and investment; Douglas Flint, group chairman of HSBC Holdings; and Anthony Nightingale, managing director of Jardine Matheson Holdings will speak.
There will also be a large networking lunch, followed by a series of thematic seminar sessions in the afternoon focusing on various priority sectors.
The list of speakers and latest programme can be located at www.thinkasiathinkhk.com, where you can also pre-register online before 5 September free of charge.
