Coppola confirms Winefuture talk
Legendary Hollywood film director Francis Ford Coppola has been confirmed as a guest speaker at the upcoming WineFuture Conference in Hong Kong.
Coppola, whose involvement in the wine industry dates back to 1975, will speak about the recent announcement that his Rubicon Estate in Rutherford, Napa Valley will be known henceforth by its historic original name – Inglenook – and he will discuss his overall goal of restoring the winery to past glories.
Coppola joins a stellar list of speakers at the conference, including Robert Parker and Jancis Robinson MW.
The conference runs from 6-8 November this year and Coppola’s speech will be streamed live at www.winefuture.hk.
WineFuture Hong Kong 11 is organised by The Wine Academy of Spain and is supported by Madwine and the Asia Wine Service & Education Centre.
